The house has air conditioning,
vaulted plank board ceilings in all the rooms and 12 ceiling
fans throughout the home and patio. There are 3 televisions
with 3 separate satellite receivers. (1 46” TV in the living
room with BOSE DVD/CD player and surround sound, 1 19” TV/VCR in
the guest bedroom, and 1 25” television in the master suite).
The upstairs kitchen is equipped with microwave, dishwasher,
blender, can opener, coffeemaker and modern appliances. The
kitchen is generously furnished with fiesta dinnerware, crystal
glasses, pots & pans, and all necessary utensils. The
downstairs kitchen is equipped with double sinks and an
additional dishwasher, refrigerator, and coffeemaker. It is
fully stocked with extra dishes, pots & pans, glasses, and
utensils.
An important part of anyone’s
vacatioin is a comfortable bed. Two of the queen size beds and
both twin beds in the loft have light weight down comforters.
All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. One guest bathroom has a
shower and one has an old fashioned claw foot tub with shower
unit. The master suite, downstairs, has a private entry with
Jacuzzi tub and shower. The bathroom has a sink and a separate
make up table with Hollywood lights. There are extra linens for
all the beds, and an abundance of towels (including beach
towels).
